Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can start a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Here’s everything you need to know, Muse:

1. WHAT CAN I RETURN?

     Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

     We can’t accept returns with marks.

     Items labelled Non-Returnable or Final Sale can’t be returned.

     Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

2. Faulty item?

     Let us know within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.

     Faults reported within 3 months are reviewed; after that, it’s likely general wear and tear.

3.How to start a return

    1) Enter your order number and email.

    2) Choose what you’d like to return or exchange.

    3) Pick a shipping method and get your QR code.

    4) Drop your parcel off at your chosen location.

4. Return Costs

     Return postage is deducted from your refund, and please note that original shipping fees and Swap Protect aren’t refundable.

5. Refunds

     Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

     Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear after approval.
